What to wear on every shift, by role. Look sharp, look matched, and arrive ready to work — our uniform is the first thing every guest notices.
Every Shift, Every Role
Clean & pressed
Uniforms must be free of wrinkles, stains, or odors.
Black non-slip shoes
Polished leather or synthetic materials only. No canvas.
Neat grooming
Hair secured, facial hair trimmed, and overall clean appearance.
Minimal accessories
Simple watch and wedding bands only. No dangling jewelry.
Arrive dressed
Be in full uniform before you clock in at your scheduled time.
Phone away
Personal devices must remain in the staff area or locker.
Footwear & Hair
NO CROCS ARE ALLOWED
Any style, any color, any role — including the kitchen.
NOT ALLOWED
- Any style Crocs or clogs
- Open-toe or open-heel shoes
- Shoes with colored logos/soles
- Dirty, scuffed, or worn-down heels
ACCEPTABLE
- Polished black leather oxfords
- Professional non-slip work shoes
- Black leather loafers (no tassels)
- Clean, all-black athletic shoes
Footwear
Black, closed-toe, closed-heel and non-slip. Clean and polished at call time.
NOT ALLOWED
- Loose hair falling forward
- Unkempt or patchy facial hair
- Bright, flashy hair accessories
- Strong perfume or cologne
ACCEPTABLE
- Hair tied back (ponytail or bun)
- Clean-shaven or well-trimmed beard
- Neutral-colored hair ties/pins
- Neat, natural-looking makeup

- Clean service tray
BAR TEAM
Bartenders
- Black long-sleeve dress shirt

- Black tie (slotted or standard)
- Black non-slip footwear
- Wine key & bottle opener
BACK OF HOUSE
Kitchen Crew
