About the Role
Our event and front-of-house managers run the floor. You take the brief from the client or caterer, set the room and the service plan, direct the captains, servers and bar team through the timeline, and solve whatever the night throws at you before the client notices it. These are our most senior on-site shifts and they go to people with real banquet or venue management experience.
Requirements
Three or more years managing banquet, catering or venue service teams.
Comfortable owning a timeline and directing captains, servers and bar staff on site.
Formal black-and-white or business attire depending on the event.
Reliable transportation across the tri-state area and availability for evening and weekend events.
About the Company

We staff front-of-house and back-of-house teams for weddings, galas, corporate events, brand activations, private parties and catering production in New York City, Westchester, Long Island, Northern New Jersey and Connecticut.
Every team member is W2, trained and insured, and our standards are chef-led. We are known for professionalism, clear communication and reliable support from the first call through breakdown — and we advocate for our staff the same way we advocate for our clients.
