STAFF BOOKINGS

 

It is required that you have wait staff  for 3 hours minimum 

(includes set-up, serving, and breakdown according to contract hours booked)

 

  • 1 server for every 20 - 30 guest, and 1 Bartender for up to 70 guests

  • Parties over 30 guests may require additional staff

  • Events outside of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens are subject to an additional fee to cover costs of traveling.

  • Special requests are subject to an additional fee (request a uniform other than our standard black bistro or Tuxedo attire.

 

Staff Hourly Rates:

  • Weekends - Servers available at $30 per hr each

  • Weekdays - Servers available at $28 per hr each

  • Major Holidays and Same day booking are subject to an additional fee

  • Request a price list

 

Uniforms

 

We have 3 standard uniforms here at Studio Event Staffing, Inc – they are:

  • White Bistro (WHT BBV) which consists of black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes, white collared long-sleeved shirt, black tie and a black vest

  • Black Bistro (BLACK BBV) which consists of black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes, black collared long-sleeved shirt, and a black tie

  • ALL BLACK (BLK) which consists of black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes, and black collared long sleeved shirt.

  • Tuxedo Attire - Black Tux Jacket, pants, white wingtip shirt with Black Bow Tie

 

In the summer months, we sometimes pair part of the above uniforms with a black polo short sleeve Shirt (BLK TEE) or white short sleeve (WHT POLO) which can be specified on your request form
