We provide complete services in the following: setting up event tables, setting up buffet lines, service action stations, passing hors d'oeuvres, served buffet, plate and serve to sit down meals, breakdown tables

at the event and cleanup.

Uniform attire

Staff Uniforms:

  • Bistro which consists of black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes, white collared long sleeved shirt, and black tie.

  • ALL BLACK (BLK) which consists of black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes, and a black collared long sleeved shirt.

  • **White POLO shirt which can be specified on your request form

  • Black Tuxedo Jacket and pants

 

Last minute event staffing available upon request.

Our staff will perform the following: 

  • Set up your buffet/dining area

  • Heat and Serve hors d'oeuvres

  • Set-up and clean-up of chips and appetizers

  • Serve and/or monitor the Buffett 

  • Clean-up after the meal

  • Wrap left-overs and breakdown buffet

  • Clean and remove trash throughout the party

  • Set-up of Coffee/Cake & Dessert

  • Clean-up after dessert

Customary Rates and Fees for Bartending/ Event Staffing/ Brand Ambassadors Staffing

 

  • $30 per hour non-holiday standard rate

  • $40 per hour for Rosh Hashanah (both nights), Yom Kippur (evening before and breakfast), Halloween, Passover (first two nights), Easter, Fourth of July, and any event in the month of December (except December 24th and 25th)

  • $45 per hour on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day $40 per hour on New Year’s Eve

  • If travel time outside of Manhattan exceeds one hour each way, client will compensate for extra travel time in accordance to the hourly rate

  • Payment must be rendered for a minimum of three hours.

  • Gratuity of 20% is recommended

  • 10 people   - 1 Tray Passers

  • 25 people - 2 Tray Passers

  • 50 people - 3 Tray Passers, 1 Bussers

  • 75 people - 1 Captain, 3 Tray Passers, 1 Bussers

  • 100 people - 1 Captain, 4 Tray Passers, 3 Bussers

  • 150 people - 2 Captains, 6 Tray Passers, 4 Bussers

Buffet Staff

  • 10 people   - 1 Tray Passers

  • 25 people - 1 Attendant & 1 Food Runner

  • 50 people - 1 Attendant & 2 Food Runner, 1 Busser

  • 75 people - 1 Captain, 2 Attendants, 3 Runners / Busser

  • 100 people - 2 Captains, 4 Attendants, 4 Runners / Bussers 

  • 150 people - 2 Captains, 5 Attendants, 7 Runners / Bussers

 

VIP Formal Event Staff

 

  • 10 people   - 1 Server

  • 25 people - 2 Servers

  • 50 people - 5 Servers

  • 75 people - 1 Captain, 7 Servers
